Our cancer care at home services
Sciensus provides a range of cancer care services at home. We focus on delivering high-quality, patient-centred treatments to minimise hospital visits and enhance comfort, from chemotherapy at home to blood pressure readings.
We also provide systematic anti-cancer treatment (SACT). This includes chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapies which target specific molecules within cancer cells and hormone therapy which treats hormone-sensitive cancers like breast or prostate cancer. Safe and effective delivery of intravenous or oral chemotherapy treatments also takes place under the close supervision of trained nurses.
Sciensus nurses are trained to care for and manage devices required for certain treatments, including cannulation and central venous access devices. They also deliver regular check-ins to monitor the patient’s response to treatment, manage symptoms and adjust care plans as needed.

We make cancer care at home easy
Our dedicated Patient Liaison Leads will make sure everything runs smoothly throughout the patient on-boarding and treatment pathway.
We aim to respond to private patient referrals within one working day, and where possible, on treatment within one week of a referral. We have clear communication protocols for blood tests, treatment confirmation and toxicity tests based on the consultant preferences.
We’ll provide you with free iQemo software for easy referrals, uploading blood results and sending you a Clinical Evaluation Form after each patient visit. For new consultants and regular referrers, we can endeavour to make a nurse available to attend clinics, even if the clinics are held outside of business hours.

The SciensusPRO clinical dashboard works together with the Sciensus Cancer Companion patient app. With the Cancer Companion empowering patients to take more control over their disease experience, SciensusPRO offers actionable insights for medical professionals managing their patient’s treatment.
