I forgot my email, what should I do?

If you have forgotten your email, please follow the steps below: 

  1. On the login screen, tap ‘Forgot email?’
  2. Enter your DOB and Postcode
  3. Process through OTP (One time password). An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number
  4. On provide a correct OTP, your registered email will be shown as masked on next screen.
  5. An SMS will also be sent to your registered mobile number with a masked email for a clue which email you have used when registered on the app.
  6. Use the same email to login on the app
