- Enhanced patient services: We’ve improved how we handle queries, leading to a 17% increase in satisfaction this year.
- Improved delivery services: New SMS reminders have contributed to a 13% improvement in delivery preparedness.
- Digital experience upgrades: We’ve added new features to our app including medication reminders and track and trace for a more seamless experience, with an 87% satisfaction.
