Clinical trials, early access schemes and monitoring.
Sciensus support a number of Phase II to IV clinical trials, insight studies and early access schemes with pharmacy and nursing services. Studies can be supply only, blinded, insight led, early access schemes or unusual storage conditions such as up to -90°C.
Our Pharmacy service includes storage, trial file management, tracked temperature-controlled dispensing and randomisation.
Bringing patients onto clinical trials faster, wherever they live
Our nursing can be in person or remotely, including IMP or placebo administration, patient observation and insight studies. They can also undertake patient consenting, including e-consenting.
Our UK-wide national footprint reaches patients quickly, meaning we can accelerate patients onto clinical trials from the comfort of their own homes without having to attend hospitals or clinics.
Our dedicated service also helps retain patients in clinical trials by dispensing directly to patients’ homes and supportive monitoring resulting in patient retention of over 90% for some studies.
Supporting patients on clinical trials, every step of the way
With full regulatory compliance, all our teams have GCP and trial-specific training. We currently have over 240,000 patients, and have completed over 100 clinical trials and access schemes. These are made possible by our UK-wide footprint and close relationships with all NHS hospitals, thousands of consultants and our partnerships with pharmaceutical companies.
